Terms & conditions
Last updated 1 July 2026. These terms govern your use of Travel Sewa and any booking made through us.
1. Who we are
Travel Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is a travel agency registered in Kathmandu, Nepal, acting as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and cruise lines.
When you book through us, a contract is also formed with the operator supplying the service. Their fare rules, check-in and carriage conditions apply alongside these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide passenger names exactly as printed on the travel document
- Hold valid passports, visas and permits for your itinerary
- Arrive at airports, terminals and pickup points by the stated time
- Pay the full amount due before travel documents are issued
3. Pricing, changes and cancellation
- Prices are quoted in NPR and include taxes and our service fee unless stated
- Fares and rates are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed
- Changes and cancellations follow the Refund & cancellation policy
- Operator-driven schedule changes are passed on without our fee
4. Liability
- We are liable for our own booking errors and will correct or refund them
- We are not liable for operator delays, weather, strikes or road closures
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and mandatory on trekking trips
- Disputes are governed by Nepali law and the courts of Kathmandu
